The Board resolution dated March 17, 2023, BAF Viet Nam Agriculture Joint Stock Company approved the result of bond private placement as follows: - Distributed volume: 600 bonds, accounting for 100% total bonds expected to be offered - Total proceeds from the offering: VND600,000,000,000 - Issue date: March 16, 2023 - Beginning date: March 16, 2023 - Ending date: March 16, 2023 - Registration time: from March 16, 2023 to April 10, 2023 - Payment time: March 16, 2023 - Time for transferring bonds: April 14, 2023 - List of investors purchasing bonds: International Finance Corporation: 600 bonds, equivalent to VND600,000,000,000.
