CTF: Capital contribution in associated company

The Board resolution dated March 20, 2023, City Auto Corporation (CTF) approved the implementation of capital contribution to establish Di An – Binh Duong Auto Joint Stock Company, with the charter capital of 130 billion dongs, of which CTF contributed 20% charter capital, equivalent to 26 billion dongs.
