DTG: Change in personnel

Tipharco Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company announced change in personnel as follows:
- Mr. Nguyen Ho Nam has resigned from Member of the BOD with effect since 17/03/2023;
- Mr. Dinh Hoai Chau has resigned from Chief of Supervisory Board with effect since 17/03/2023;
- Ms. Vu Huynh Khanh Vy and Ms. Duong Thi Thuy Lieu and Mr. Tran Hoang Quan have resigned from Member of Supervisory Board with effect since 17/03/2023;
- Mr. Nguyen Quoc Khanh and Mr. Thai Van Hung have been appointed independent Member of the BOD for the term 2021-2025 with effect since 17/03/2023;
- Mr. Le Thanh Tung has been appointed Member of the BOD for the term 2021-2025 with effect since 17/03/2023;
- Mr. Dong Hai Ha has been appointed Chief of Supervisory Board for the term 2021-2025 with effect since 17/03/2023;
- Mr. Le Van Son has been appointed Member of Supervisory Board for the term 2021-2025 with effect since 17/03/2023.
