VTD: Change in personnel

Vietourist Holdings Joint Stock Company announced change in personnel as follows:
- Mr. Tran Van The and Ms. Luu Duc Hanh have been appointed as members of the Board of Directors with effect since 15/03/2023;
- Mr. Nguyen Huy Thinh has been appointed as member of the Supervisory Board with effect since 15/03/2023;
- Mr. Ha Huy Hoang and Mr. Tran Ngoc Hoang have resigned from membership of the Board of Directors with effect since 15/03/2023;
- Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Thuy has resigned from membership of the Supervisory Board with effect since 15/03/2023.
