CE1: Notice of stock status

On March 23, 2023, HNX announces the status of Construction And Industry Equipment Joint Stock Company - CIE1’s shares (stock code: CE1) as follows: CE1 shares are under trading restriction from 28/3/2023 due to the reason that the auditing organization gave disclaimer opinion on Financial Statements 2022 according to Point c, Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
