The Board resolution dated March 22, 2023, the Board of Directors of CIC39 Corporation approved the contents of Annual General Meeting 2023 as follows: -          Report of the BOD; -          Report of the Supervisory Board; -          Report on the business result in 2022 and business plan in 2023; -          Proposal to approve the audited financial statements in 2022; -          Proposal to approve the 2022 profit allocation and dividend payment; -          Proposal to approve the selection of the auditor for the financial statements; -          Proposal to approve the amendment, supplement of some of business lines; -          Other issues.
