DHA: Approved the contents of AGM 2023

The Board resolution dated March 20, 2023, the Board of Directors of Hoa An Joint Stock Company approved the contents of Annual General Meeting 2023 as follows: -          Report of the BOD; -          Report of the Supervisory Board; -          Report on the business result in 2022 and business plan in 2023; -          Proposal to approve the audited financial statements in 2022; -          Proposal to approve the 2022 profit allocation and dividend payment plan in 2023; -          Proposal to approve the selection of the auditor for the financial statements; -          Proposal to approve the remuneration of the BOD and Supervisory Board in 2022 and plan for 2023; -          Other issues.
