On March 23, 2023, HNX announces the status of NGOQUYEN Processing Export JSC’s shares (stock code: NGC) as follows:
- NGC shares are put on alert from 28/03/2023 due to the reason that the auditing organization gave qualified opinion on Financial Statements for 03 consecutive years or more according to Point a, Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange;
- NGC shares are under continued trading restriction due to the reason that the company had negative owner equity according to audited Financial Statements 2022 according to Point a, Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
