On March 23, 2023, HNX announces the status of Minh Hai Export Frozen Seafood Processing Joint-Stock Company’s shares (stock code: JOS) as follows:
JOS shares are put on alert from March 28, 2023 due to the reason that the auditing organization gave qualified opinion on Financial Statements for 03 consecutive years or more according to Point a, Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
