HAH: Postponement of AGM 2023

The Board resolution dated March 24, 2023, the BOD of Hai An Transport and Stevedoring Joint Stock Company approved the following issues: 1)      To postpone the holding of Annual General Meeting on March 29, 2023. 2)      To cancel the record date (February 09, 2023) to hold the Annual General Meeting 2023. 3)      The time to hold the Annual General Meeting will be expected in June 2023. The details will be noticed later.
