On 24 March 2023, HNX announces that the following stock will be put under Alert:
- Issuer: Thanh Thai Group Joint Stock Company
- Stock code: KKC
- Reason: Undistributed profit after tax at audited Financial Statements 2022 were negative
- Basic review: audited Financial Statements 2022 
- Effective date: 29/03/2023
- Applicable regulation: Point b, clause 1, article 37 of Regulation on Listing and Trading securities attached to Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated 31/3/2022 of the Board of members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
Within 15 days from the effective date of this Decision, the company must send the solution and remedial route for the situation of shares being under alert to the Hanoi Stock Exchange and disclosure in the mass media. The company must periodically report and explain the remedial route for the situation of shares being under alert.
