On March 23, 2023, Duc Giang Chemicals Group Joint Stock Company completed the purchase of shares of Tia Sang Battery Joint Stock Company (TIBACO) with the following details: -          Stock name: HNX: TSB -          Par value: VND10,000/share -          Buying volume: 3,440,252 shares (51% of total distributed shares) -          Buying value: 39,200 dong/share -          Stock type: common stock After the purchase completes, Tia Sang Battery Joint Stock Company (TIBACO) will become a subsidiary company of Duc Giang Chemicals Group Joint Stock Company from March 21, 2023.
