KDH: Explanation for the separate financial statement in 2022

Khang Dien House Trading and Investment Joint Stock Company explained the movements of the separate financial statement in 2022 compared to the same period of last year as follows:                                                                         Unit: VND   2022 2021 Difference (%) Profit after tax at the separate financial statements   193,769,660 989,914,923 (80.43%)             The Company’s profit after tax according to the separate financial statements in 2022 decreased by 80.43% compared to the same period of last year because the decrease in the revenue from the financial activities of VND731 billion mainly due to the decrease in dividends, profit from subsidiaries and the increase in financial expenses of VND74 billion due to the increase in interest expense.
