TCL: BOD resolution dated March 27, 2023

The Board resolution dated March 27, 2023, the Board of Directors of Tan Cang Logistics and Stevedoring Joint Stock Company approved the following contents: 1)      Approved the extension of the time to hold the Annual General Meeting 2023 to May 2023 but no later than June 30, 2023. 2)      Approved the record date to hold the Annual General Meeting on April 18, 2023.
