The Board resolution dated March 23, 2023, the BOD of Tay Ninh Cable Car Tour Company approved the following issues: Approved the postponement of the time to hold the Annual General Meeting 2023 but no later than June 30, 2023. Approved the extension of the loan time of contract No. 02/2022/HDV/SCP-TCT dated September 20, 2022 for 6 months.
