BSR: Information disclosure about transactions with related persons

On March 25, 2023, Binh Son Refining and Petrochemical Joint Stock Company (BSR) announced Official Dispatch No. 1695/BSR-VPHDQT as follow:
On March 24, 2023, the Board of Directors of BSR approved the transaction with the related person, namely PetroVietnam Oil Joint Stock Corporation (PVOIL), specifically: Approving the results of buying Hai Thach Condensate in the period from April 20, 2023 - December 31, 2023 with supplier PVOIL (Oil Owner's Representative).
