TIS: Notice of stock status

On March 28, 2023, HNX announces the status of Thai Nguyen Iron and Steel Joint Stock Corporation’s shares (stock code: TIS) as follows:
- TIS shares are put on alert from March 31, 2023 due to the reason that the auditing organization gave qualified opinion on Financial Statements for 03 consecutive years or more according to Point a, Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange;
