KVC: Shares at risk of being delisted

On 29/3/2023, Hanoi Stock Exchange announces that Kim Vi Inox Import Export Production Joint Stock Company is at risk of delisting under Point e Section 1 Article 120 of Decree 155/2020/ND-CP dated December 31, 2020. Accordingly, Kim Vi Inox Import Export Production Joint Stock Company’s accumulated loss contiuosly 03 years (2020, 2021, 2022). HNX will consider to delist KVC shares as in regulation.
