CNA: Notice of stock status

On March 29, 2023, HNX announces the status of Nghe An Tea Corporation Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: CNA) as follows:
CNA shares are put on temporary trading suspension from April 03, 2023 due to the reason that HNX considers it necessary to protect the legitimate rights and interests of investors and ensure the stability and safety of the stock market according to the provisions of point d, clause 1, Article 46 of the Law on Securities, in the case of stocks temporarily being suspended from trading as prescribed at Points đ, Clause 1, Article 35 of the Regulation on registration and management of transactions of unlisted securities promulgated together with Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Members' Council of Vietnam Stock Exchange.
