CNA: Notice on temporary UPCoM trading suspension

According to the Decision No. 203/QD-SGDHN dated 29/3/2022 by Hanoi Stock Exchange, HNX announces the temporary trading suspension of the following stock:
- Company name: Nghe An Tea Corporation Joint Stock Company
- Stock code: CNA
- Trading suspension: From April 03, 2023.
- Reason: HNX considers it necessary to protect the legitimate rights and interests of investors and ensure the stability and safety of the stock market according to the provisions of point d, clause 1, Article 46 of the Law on Securities
- Applicable law(s): Points đ, Clause 1, Article 35 of the Regulation on registration and management of transactions of unlisted securities promulgated together with Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Members' Council of Vietnam Stock Exchange.
