HJC: Cancellation of the list of shareholders for corporate actions

Pursuant to document no.137/TB-CPHV dated 27th March 2023 of Hoa Viet Joint - Stock Company on cancelling the list of shareholders on the record date of 24th March 2023 in accordance with Notice no.95/TB-CPHV dated 10th March 2023, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2023 annual general meeting, record date: 24th March 2023 in accordance with Notice no. 520/TB-CNVSD dated 13th March 2023 by VSD's Branch.
Reason: In order for the Issuer to have time to complete preparation of documents and introducton of candidates for member of the Supervisory Board to be elected at 2023 Annual General Meeting in accordance with the prescribed process and time.
This notice of VSD is for DMs' information and notification to investors  who have deposited the above shares at DMs.
