NBB: Allow the public tender offer for NBB shares by CEE

The Board resolution dated March 29, 2023, the BOD of 577 Investment Corporation approved to allow CII Engineering and Construction JSC (CEE) to implement the public tender offer for 500,000 shares of NBB to raise the ownership ratio of CEE and related parties to 45.43% NBB’s current charter capital.
