FTS: BOD resolution dated March 28, 2023

The Board resolution dated March 28, 2023, the Board of Directors of FPT Securities Joint Stock Company approved the following contents: Approving the election of Mr. Nguyen Van Dung as Chairman of the BOD in the term 2023-2028. Approving the 2022 dividend payment in cash, stock issuance to increase its share capital from the owner’s capital. Approving the appointment of Mr. Tran Thanh Tung as Chairman of the Internal Audit Department and Mr. Do Son Giang as a member of the Internal Audit Department. Approving the appointment of Mrs. Le Thi Phuong Ngan as person in charge of corporate governance cum secretary.
