On 27/03/2023, the State Securities Commission announced Official Dispatch No. 1346/UBCK-PTTT on the maximum foreign ownership rate of Binh Dinh Tunnel Brick Joint Stock Company as follows:
The State Securities Commission has received a notice on maximum foreign ownership rate of Binh Dinh Tunnel Brick Joint Stock Company (Upcom: BTN) at 0 %, fully and validly in accordance with Decree no. 155/2020/ND-CP dated 31/12/2020 detailing the implementation of a number of articles of Securities Law (Decree No. 155/2020/ND-CP).
