The Board resolution dated March 28, 2023, the BOD of OPC Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company approved to pay the first cash dividend for 2022 as follows: -          Record date: April 20, 2023 -          Exercise ratio: 10%/share (1,000 dongs/share) -          Payment date: April 26, 2023.
