ITQ: Stock under alert

On 29/3/2023, HNX announces that the following stock will be put under Alert:
- Name of the issuer: Thien Quang Group JSC
- Stock code: ITQ
- Effective date: 03/04/2023
- Reason: Undistributed profit after tax in audited FS 2022 was negative
- Applicable regulation: Point b, clause 1, article 37 of Regulation on Listing and Trading securities attached to Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated 31/3/2022 of the Board of members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
Within 15 days from the effective date of this Decision, the company must send the solution and remedial route for the situation of shares being under alert to the Hanoi Stock Exchange and disclosure in the mass media. The company must periodically report and explain the remedial route for the situation of shares being under alert.
