TVG: Notice of stock status

On March 30, 2023, HNX announces the status of Transport Investment and Construction Consultant JSC’s shares (stock code: TVG) as follows: TVG shares are put on alert from 04/04/2023 (April 04, 2023) due to the reason that the auditing organization gave qualified opinion on Financial Statements for 03 consecutive years or more according to Point a, Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
