KDM: Stock under alert

On 29/3/2023, based on the Regulation on securities listing and trading attached to Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated 31/3/2022 of the Board of members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange, Hanoi Stock Exchange announced Decision No. 204/QD-SGDHN putting the following stock under Alert:
- Issuer: GCL Group Joint Stock Company
- Securities type: common stock
- Stock code: KDM
- Effective date: 3/4/2023
- Reason: The auditor issued a disclaimer of opinion on Audited financial Statement 2021 and 2022, the profit after tax of the company in 2021 and 2022 were negative.
- Basic review: Point b and d, Clause 1, Article 38 of the Regulation on securities listing and trading attached to Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated 31/3/2022 of the Board of members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
Within 15 days from the effective date of this Decision, GCL Group Joint Stock Company must send the solution and remedial route for the situation of shares being under alert to the Hanoi Stock Exchange and disclose these information in the mass media. GCL Group Joint Stock Company must periodically report and explain the remedial route for the situation of shares being under alert.
