On March 29, 2023, Hanoi Stock Exchange announces Decision No. 214/QD-SGDHN putting the following stock under alert:
·         Issuer: Vinaconex Trading and Manpower JSC
·         Securities type: common stock
·         Stock code: VCM
·         Base of review: Audited Financial Statement 2022
·         Effective date: 03/04/2023
·         Reason: the audit organization has an unqualified opinion on the audited 2022 financial statements
·         Applicable law(s): Point c, Clause 1 Article 37 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated 31/03/2022 of the Board of members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
Within 15 days from the date the stock is put on alert as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, Vinaconex Trading and Manpower JSC must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
