·         Base of review: Audited Financial Statement 2022
·         Effective date: 03/04/2023
·         Reason: undistributed after-tax profit as at 31/12/2022 is negative
·         Applicable law(s): Point b, Clause 1 Article 37 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated 31/03/2022 of the Board of members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
Within 15 days from the date the stock is put on alert as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, VNECO8 Electricity Construction Joint Stock Corporation must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
