The Board resolution dated March 30, 2023, the BOD of Song Ba Joint Stock Company approved the contents of Annual General Meeting 2023 with details as follows: -          Report on the business result in 2022 and business plan in 2023. -          Audited financial statements in 2022. -          Report of the BOD. -          Report of the Supervisory Board; -          Selection of the auditor for the financial statements in 2023. -          Proposal to approve the remuneration of the BOD, Supervisory Board in 2023. -          Proposal to approve the 2022 profit allocation and plan in 2023. -          Other issues.
