ELC: BOD resolution dated March 30, 2023

On March 30, 2023, the Board of Directors of ELCOM Technology Communications Corporation approved the following contents: 1)      Approved the plan to borrow capital at MBBank – Thang Long branch with the maximum credit limit to VND140,000,000,000. 2)      Approved the transfer of shares in 1SK Joint Stock Company: -          Owning volume before the transfer: 2,400,000 shares, equivalent to VND24,000,000,000 (at par value), accounting for 80% charter capital of 1SK Joint Stock Company. -          Transfer volume: 1,050,000 shares, equivalent to VND10,500,000,000 (at par value), accounting for 35% charter capital of 1SK Joint Stock Company. -          Owning volume after the transfer: 1,350,000 shares, equivalent to VND13,500,000,000 (at par value), accounting for 45% charter capital of 1SK Joint Stock Company.
