HPI: Notice of stock status

On March 31, 2023, HNX announces the status of Hiep Phuoc Industrial Park Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: HPI) as follows: HPI shares are put on alert from 31/03/2023 due to the reason that the company is late in submitting review financial statement 2022 for over 45 days according to Point b, Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
