·         Reason: the audit organization has an qualified opinion on the audited financial statements
·         Applicable law(s): Point c, Clause 1 Article 37 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated 31/03/2022 of the Board of members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
Within 15 days from the date the stock is put on alert as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, Tien Thanh Service and Trading Joint Stock Company must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
