On May 30, 2023, Vietnam Securities Depository in Ho Chi Minh City announced Official Dispatch No. 1638/CNVSD-DK.NV on the cancellation of record list of shareholders exercising the rights to attend Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2023 as follows:
Cancel the list of LDW shareholders exercising the rights to attend the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2023, recorded on 23/03/2022, as per Notice No. 266/TB-CNVSD dated 27/02/2023 of the Vietnam Securities Depository in Ho Chi Minh City
Reason: The company needs time to prepare the meeting documents to present to shareholders
