VNL: VNL put into warning status

On March 31, 2023, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued a decision to put the shares of Vinalink International Freight Forwarders (stock code: VNL) in warning status as of April 07, 2023. Reason: the auditor expressed an unqualified opinion on the audited financial statements in 2022. The stock has not met the rule under Point c, Clause 1, Article 37 of the Rules of Listing and Trading of Listed Securities promulgated under Decision No.17/QD-HDTV dated March 31, 2022 by the Members' Council of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
