SDP: Notice of stock status

On April 03, 2023, HNX announces the status of SDP Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: SDP) as follows: SDP shares are put on alert from 05/4/2023 (April 05, 2023) due to the reason that the auditing organization gave qualified opinion on Financial Statements for 03 consecutive years or more according to Point a, Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange; SDP shares are under continued trading restriction on UPCoM due to  the company had negative owner equity according to audited Financial Statements 2022 according to Point a, Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
