MSH: BOD resolution

The Board resolution dated March 31, 2023, the BOD of Song Hong Garment Joint Stock Company approved contents as follows: Approving to increase charter capital of Song Hong – Nghia Hung Garment Joint Stock Company (subsidiary company) from VND150 billion to VND250 billion as from May 01, 2023. Approving Mrs. Vu Thi Tuyet Mai replaced Mr. Le van Quang as Chief Accountant as from March 31, 2023. Approving invest in Song Hong – Xuan Truong Garment Joint Stock Company (subsidiary company) by VND700 billion.
