SDT: Shares could be delisted

The Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) announced the following: SDT shares of
Song Da No 10 JSC are likely to be delisted according to the provisions of Point e, Clause 1, Article 120 of Decree 155/202/ND-CP due to the loss of production and business results in 3 consecutive years (2020, 2021, 2022). The Hanoi Stock Exchange will consider compulsory delisting of CKV shares.
HNX requests Song Da No 10 JSC to have feedback on this aforementioned issue within 5 days from this notice.
