REE: BOD resolution

The Board resolution dated March 31, 2023, the BOD of Refrigeration Electrical Engineering Corporation approved contents as follows: Approving to nominate Ms. Nguyen Thi Mai Anh as Chairman of the BOD and Mr.Alain Xavier Cany as Deputy Chairman of the BOD in the term 2023-2027. Approving to appoint Mr. Do Le Hung as Chairman of audit committee, Mr. Mr.Alain Xavier Cany as Chairman of remuneration committee and Ms. Nguyen Thi Mai Thanh as Chairman of plan committee BOD in the term 2023-2027.
