TCO: TCO extends the dividend payment date

In the previous announcement, the dividend payment date (Phase 2/2021) of Duyen Hai Multi Modal Transport Joint Stock Company will be March 31, 2023. However, because of difficult financial situation, the Company cannot arrange for payment, so the Company would like to pay dividends (Phase 2/2021) on September 29, 2023.
