ABC: Notice of stock status

On April 03, 2023, HNX announces the status VMG Media Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: ABC) as follows: 
- ABC shares are put on alert from 07/4/2023 (April 07, 2023) due to the reason that the auditing organization gave qualified opinion on Financial Statements for 03 consecutive years or more according to Point a, Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange; 
- ABC shares are put out of trading restriction starting from 07/04/2023 due to the reason that the owner’s equity recorded in the Audited Financial Statement 2022 is not negative as prescribed at Point a Section 5 Article 34 of the Regulations on Registration and Trading management of Unlisted securities as attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 by the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
