HFX: Notice of stock status

On April 03, 2023, HNX announces the status of Thanh Ha Production Export - Import Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: HFX) as follows:
- HFX shares are put on alert on UPCoM since 03/04/2023 due to the reason that the Company had negative owner equity according to audited Financial Statements 2022; the auditor issued a disclaimer of opinion on Financial Statements 2021 in 03 consecutive years; according to Point a Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- HFX shares are put on continued trading restriction on UPCoM since 03/04/2023 because the company had negative owner equity in Audited Financial Statement 2022 according to Point a Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
