L35: Shares could be delisted

On April 03, 2023, the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) announced Official Dispatch No. 1197/TB-SGDHN on the ability of L35 shares of LILAMA Erection Mechanical JSC to be delisted according to the provisions of Point e, Clause 1, Article 120 of Decree 155/202/ND-CP because the Company suffer a loss of production and business activities in 03 consecutive years (2020, 2021, 2022). The Hanoi Stock Exchange will consider compulsory delisting of CKV shares.
HNX requests LILAMA Erection Mechanical JSC to send the feedback documents within 5 days from the signing date of this Notice.
