LM7: Shares could be delisted

On April 03, 2023, the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) announced Official Dispatch No. 1198/TB-SGDHN on the ability of LM7 shares of Lilama 7 JSC to be delisted according to the provisions of Point e, Clause 1, Article 120 of Decree 155/202/ND-CP because the Company suffer a loss of production and business activities in 03 consecutive years (2020, 2021, 2022) and the total accumulated loss is over contributed charter capital. The Hanoi Stock Exchange will consider compulsory delisting of CKV shares.
HNX requests Lilama 7 JSC to send the feedback documents within 5 days from the signing date of this Notice.
