GTD: Notice of stock status

On April 03, 2023, HNX announces the status of Thuongdinh Footwear Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: GTD) as follows: GTD shares are under continued trading restriction since 03/04/2023 due to the reasons that the audit organization have expressed disclaimer opinion in 03 consecutive years as prescribed at points a, Section 1, Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
