On April 04, 2023, based on the Regulation on securities listing and trading attached to Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated 31/3/2022 of the Board of members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange, Hanoi Stock Exchange announces Decision No. 799/QD-SGDHN putting the following stock under Alert:

- Stock code: L61
- Effective date: 06/04/2023
- Reason: profit after tax in audited financial statements 2022 of the Company is negative, so the company has been put under alert according to Point b and c, Clause 1 Article 37 of the Regulation on securities listing and trading attached to Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated 31/3/2022 of the Board of members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- Within 15 days from the effective date of this Decision, Lilama 69-1 JSC must send the solution and remedial route for the situation of shares being under alert to the Hanoi Stock Exchange and disclosure in the mass media. Lilama 69-1 JSC must periodically report and explain the remedial route for the situation of shares being under alert.
