HTT: Notice of stock status

On April 04, 2023, HNX announces the status of Ha Tay Trading Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: HTT) as follows: HTT shares are under continued trading restriction since 04/04/2023 due to the reasons the audit organization have expressed disclaimer opinion on the Annual Financial Statements 2022; the company did not organize Annual General meeting of Shareholders in the last 02 fiscal years (2021,2022) as prescribed at points c,h Section 1, Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
