NAU: Notice of stock status

On April 03, 2023, HNX announces the status of Nghe An Urban Works & Environment Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: NAU) as follows: NAU shares are under continued trading restriction since 03/04/2023 due to the reasons that the audit organization have expressed a qualified opinion on the Annual Financial Statements for 03 consecutive years or more as prescribed at points a, Section 1, Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
