ILS: Notice of stock status

On April 04, 2023, HNX announces the status of International Investment Trade and Service Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: ILS) as follows: ILS shares are put on alert from April 07, 2023 due to the reason that the auditing organization gave qualified opinion on Financial Statements for 03 consecutive years or more according to Point a, Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
